butterfly stroke

Steve Morris

Masters swim practices are designed by coaches to help swimmers become more fit and improve stroke technique. This class will help swimmers understand why coaches design practices the way they do and how swimmers can get the most out of their workouts whether they have a coach or not.

Each attendee will receive a handout with summary of presentation and sample workouts illustrating the basic required types of training such as aerobic vs anaerobic vs sprint vs drills and what percentage of the time each should be used depending on your individual goals.

BOTTOM LINE –Future workouts will provide better results because you will be more focused on each individual set, knowing the "meaning" behind the "madness" AND you will be better able to create your own sets for those times when you are without a coach.
