dry land training

butterfly stroke

Liz Kershaw

For those swimmers interested in starting a dryland program or for the "veteran" looking for ways to fine tune their program. Understanding the basics and learning proper technique.

Overview of a three day per week plan and a two day per week plan, both of which can be adapted for a weight room, or on your own with simply a medicine ball or cords.

Examples of circuit training that again can be adapted for a weight room or med ball or cord routine. Routines geared to specific strokes and a generic yearly plan that can be adjusted for your Short Course or Long Course target meets.

Each attendee will receive sample workouts and worksheet templates you can use to design your own workout.
